Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our shop.

Shipping rates & delivery times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen method. Typical U.S. delivery windows after processing:

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders. Any threshold is shown in your cart and at checkout.

International shipping

We ship to many countries. International rates and delivery times are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days of your shipping confirmation, email us and we'll look into it.

Lost or delayed packages

If a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then contact us.
