Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. delivery takes another 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the shop.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International rates and times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Installation
What kind of wall can I mount it on?
We will always recommend mounting to a wall stud. If a situation where that's not an option we send along high quality drywall anchors that are much better than what other hangers come with. The manufacturer of these anchors rates them at 75 lbs each. We however have only tested with guitars and basses.
Will it scratch my guitar's neck?
No the contact points are wrapped in soft, instrument-safe foam that won't react with lacquer or nitro finishes.
Returns & Warranty
What's your return policy?
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. See our Return Policy page for the full details.
Is there a warranty?
all metal parts are guaranteed for life. If it ever fails under normal use, we'll replace it free, or send a replacement part. This does not cover damage inflicted from misuse or install error
