Return Policy

Short version: unused items, 30 days, full refund. Damaged or wrong order? We cover it.

We want you to be happy with your Axe Hanger. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at support@axehanger.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with a return authorization and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back to us. We recommend a tracked service — you're responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, clearance items marked final sale, and used or installed hardware cannot be returned.
